Taking the first step into therapy can be a big decision, and I understand the courage it takes to begin that journey. Life can be challenging, and relationships, naturally change, and evolve overtime. I believe meaningful change begins with a genuine therapeutic relationship that’s built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. My goal is to meet each client where they are, recognizing that every individual, couple, and family has a unique story and path toward healing.

While the world can often feel overwhelming, demanding, and judgmental, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and accepting environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, gain insight, and move toward transformative growth.

I have a deep passion for working with couples and I have a particular passion for helping couples who are navigating infertility, high-risk pregnancy, infant loss, and the associated relational and emotional challenges. My personal experiences have deepened my empathy and they fuel my desire to help others find hope, connection, and resilience during difficult seasons of life.

As a graduate intern, I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect, honoring the individuality of each client, while helping them cultivate, hope, healing, and stronger relationships. Outside the therapyRoom, I enjoy spending time with my children, family, and friends, reading, and hiking. Originally from San Diego, I’m also a huge beach lover.

Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to supporting you as you discover your strength, work toward healing and personal growth, and pursue the goals that matter most to you.
